Wonderful and helpful branch member who answers my questions first and put notes into Desiree so transaction was as expected. I’ve been with Smart Financial for over 30 years and this is why, because I can interact with people and get questions answered

Tellers obviously are trained on a very specific machine. That must have changed as the directions and the actual machine were different. She would issue commands and tell me where to look for labeled things and there were no labels. A second rep walked over and had to assist and acknowledged that the instructions and labels were different.. Even between the two stations that were onsite.

My experience at this location is always wonderful. Katrina is the absolute best and so is her staff with beautiful smiles and exceptional knowledge of your products.
