Deposited check should be processed quicker

I was dissatisfied with the length of time it took me to withdraw my money. I had to see two bank representatives in order to get the money I was withdrawing.

There seems to be a high turnover in the staff. Each time I meet with a staff member, it is a staff of new people; and I receive conflicting information from them.
