The short time I spent there was Great along with the great service!

All good

Smart Financial Credit Union is great! I do not think it could get any better.

I enjoyed being serviced by a senior representative. Creating th user profile for me was an extraordinary service I've never experienced at any in-person business. This alone made my experience as well as no wait line.

All went very smooch. Gladis was very nice, professional and helpful. She followed through excellently. I was amazed how fast all was done. Thanks!

Very professional

Ana was great. My only low remark is that the wait time was in my opinion very long considering there was only one person ahead of me the entire time.

I had an insurance check to cash from State Farm with my wife's name on it. The teller should she couldn't cash it because of bank policy. My wife cashed it online at her bank. I am not on her account. I don't understand the bank policies for longtime customers like me. I might be changing banks!
