No, everything was fine. All your staff members are very professional. I almost opened the account at Brazos CU, but the lack of customer service is the reason we decided to go to Smart Financial. We are so happy we went.

This is a gentle criticism, I would have been great for all the documentation and process to be done before me going to the branch to get the loan check. I was at the branch more than two hours. The delay was the documentation and doing the taxes, Carfax, etc ahead of time.

After 14yrs, i am still extremely satisfied with Smart Financial as a whole. I do hope, one day, a "First Time Home Buyer" program would be considered.
