No actual person in the bank doing transactions is a disappointment for me. Also, I went in the bank to withdraw money and get change, and I was told by the teller the machine had no $5. I think that is crazy.

We have borrowed and repaid smart fcu several times however I felt the underwriter was very reluctant to allow us to borrow and put stipulations to close our cards and do not understand why. Felt discriminatory in ways. Also in the past we were able to pay the cards directly and the loan was funded to us so we could pay. This time a check was cut to the creditor. Again why and for what reason?
