The machine experience can be easier. While it's fine speaking to a teller, it can be a faster transaction by having the check signed, putting your account number on the checks and just let the machine take it and produce a receipt-- just like a self-checkout machine at the groceries. Of course, not so for withdraws, only for deposits. (Just a thought)

Ariana was SUPER. I was only disappointed when I went inside to find out why It cost me $42.99 for 60 personal checks. I was previously getting 100 checks FREE for a year and now paying $42.99 for 60. There should be other check making companies that would afford members a better offer. I was not notified about the change and will evaluate what I need to do that will be beneficial for "this 82 year old lady".

All done with courtesy and professionalism. Being a smaller institution I reluctantly had to move funds for a better return on funds.
