I tried to open online and was rejected by the system. I was told it had to be in person. I do not live close to a branch so it was significant time and toll road $ for me to do this. I was told I could only fund the account with cash and that I had to fund it immediately. I don't carry cash regularly since COVID so I had to use the ATM in the branch which charged me fees. I would like to have these fees refunded.
