Poor customer service. I went from deposit a check to closing the account.

Establish a procedure to refund the money directly to the account holder. Depositing the money into your system is just another way for Smart F. to use it. Using the phase ‘company policy’ is a tired old excuse to benefit the company due to its mistake.
