We found Matt Bray very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought our car from him (despite us being nearly 200 miles away) because there were no 'high pressure' sales tactics involved, simply sensible, practical details provided to us as we had shown interest in one of the second-hand cars on your forecourt. We ended up buying a brand new car because we were so pleased with the effort that Matt went to, the time that he invested and the support he gave us. Having had the car for several weeks now, we are delighted with the choice that we made.

Great communication

So, all in all my experience was good. When I was waiting to pay, I sat at a desk and in a desk tray was a previous customer personal details. I could see there name, address, land and mobile number. Their car type and registration. I thought, I wonder if my details go in that tray for all to see. As some of the time the desk wasn't occupied anyone could read it. I think it could be a breach of personal data.
