Got me nicely out of a hole. I Purchased a replacement stainless steel exhaust for my10 year old Smart Car 451 from Lookers as the old one was deteriorating around the flex pipe, beginning to split, and causing it to sit badly. I was going to fit it to the car myself but the bolt heads that attached it to the Catalytic Converter were very badly corroded to the point is was beyond my toolkit. I Contacted Lookers to get the job done and the booking was easy, the loan car for the day was way better than my car, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. The car was looked after very well and returned to me in the exact same immaculately clean and tidy condition I left it in. By the way the coffee in reception is very nice, a good thing I wasn't there for to long! Thank you to all concerned. Kind regards Vic Dowdey

The only reason I gave no. 2 four stars instead of five is because the online booking system didn't work meaning I had to phone (inconvenient for me as I have hearing loss)

If the car could do over 100 miles on a charge I would have brought it , but 60 miles is not enough

Having just come out of hospital I had to request that my Smart was picked up and delivered back to my home address. Without any fuss this was arranged and auctioned seamlessly, thankyou Neil Hamilton for going the extra mile.

The Mercedes insurance option (7 days, and then 12 months) was really problematic. I did manage to get the 7 days policy in place, but it was a real struggle and I had to call several times. I have now emailed Mercedes to take up the 12 months option, but am not hearing anything back and will need to chase at some point. The insurance function is a bit of a weak it seems. Other than that, very happy with the team at Brighton.

Difficulty getting through on the day of the MOT to Service Department. Promised call back didn't materialise. Appreciate staffing issues possibly at the moment. Seemed too busy to do a wheel alignment and fit new tyre whilst with you, which were flagged up on previous day's visual check video. Unlike Mercedes to turn down business or not, at least, offer an alternative date/time! Car also blocked in when collecting. Difficulty finding keys to other car but finally sorted by helpful female service receptionist. Probably my last visit to Worthing now so will investigate other servicing and MOT options.
