I was disappointed that having booked a service in advance I was told after waiting two hours that they did not have all items to carry out the service, resulting in having to leave my car overnight. When the car was returned to me the previously clean exterior was dirty and dusty, it has not been washed. All in all a very expensive but substandard encounter.
