Car collected & delivered on time & looked immaculate when returned, the best & cleanest inside & out it has ever been. I am sorry I will not be with the garage next year mostly due to rise in yearly contract charge, more than 50% increase!

All good except i did not use or even see the waiting area as they collected and returned the car to my home address Great personal service quick and efficient

Neil was helpful and polite but at no point was there any mention of a labour charge until the work was completed.

Kept me informed and fantastic collect and delivery as I have difficulty with my mobility.

Good communication

Collection driver was courteous and helpful. Dropped me off to emergency dental appointment which was en route to Portslade. Service was quick. Cleaning of car was ok but could have been better internally- disability makes it difficult. However, great driver did convey my message about my radio clock being about 9 hours wrong and wondered if it could be corrected. Your service guys did this- so thank you.

Danny Fitter was excellent - friendly, professional and very helpful. Plus I believe the mechanic did a good job.
