The experience of the service was very good from booking onwards. There was an error on the MOT paperwork which took several calls and a revisit to sort out - it is now resolved. During the service an issue with the key was identified which resulted, again after several conversations, in the key being replaced under warranty eventually - and another visit. All in all very good………..eventually.

Everything is always excellent at the portslade branch. The customer service is always first class (Sam) is so warm and welcoming. I love the video I get of my vehicle, it's so informative and interesting. Tom who did the MOT was great too. Hight professional and recommended. Thank you

My experience is as I would expect from this type of dealership, very good, thanks to all concerned.

My car was in for a service, but I wasn't told at the beginning that there was a problem with the battery which I believe was flat. If I had been told this at the beginning I could have travelled home and returned to pick the car up later. Instead I sat for 4 hours waiting for my car in the showroom and nobody came to see me and eventually the Customer Service staff had to find out what was happening. This was really unnecessary and I should have been told sooner.
