My car was in for a service, but I wasn't told at the beginning that there was a problem with the battery which I believe was flat. If I had been told this at the beginning I could have travelled home and returned to pick the car up later. Instead I sat for 4 hours waiting for my car in the showroom and nobody came to see me and eventually the Customer Service staff had to find out what was happening. This was really unnecessary and I should have been told sooner.
