I booked for my car to be serviced and MOT by phone.When they said the car was ready, the MOT had not been done when I asked why was told only booked in for service I replied NO I booked for both as I have done for the last 8 years.Car was then MOT.When I arrived told staff that a delivery lorry was blocking the 2 disable car spaces.Was told they would make sure it was put in disable space when finished, however this did not happen so with the building work going on in the showroom and door further round back of building I had approx. 3 times the distance to walk to find my car.All work done by workshop 🧑‍🔧 team very good just communication problem with phone booking and counter staff let you down
