Provide employees with the tools needed to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. Take steps to address the need for diversity in the facility. Listen to suggestions from employees that have direct contact with patients.Leadership is a big reason people are quitting in high numbers. If you say something leadership doesn't want to hear, it's ignored. It's a struggle to get the tools you need to perform your job. Leadedship is petty and unprofessional. The culture of the building needs to change. The results of the last survey were never addressed with staff so how do we know anything is changing? What were the results of the last survey?

We keep hiring lazy staff that have no cares and do as they choose. They don’t see any consequences. Please be fair and hold people accountable. Late and calling out constantly are a problem here

Higher pay and less expensive benefits packages. This hospital is far behind what other employers offer.
