Shannon work ethic is top of the line. When I called her and spoke with her over the phone she was very detailed oriented. I stopped by and she respectfully showed me 2 units. Shannon informed me she was waiting on a call the next day regarding a bigger unit. When I called her she mentioned come on in I got a unit for you. She was very helpful in fulfilling my needs and explained everything in detail when I signed the contract. The next day she was making her rounds and came up to me with her smile and sweet personality that makes you feel right at home. She will definitely be hard to replace once she moves on. I will miss seeing her at this location and I am pleased to have had that chance to meet her. Shannon is by far an excellent employee and the company should be very happy and fortunate to have her. She's one of a kind. Knows her job well and makes everyone feel very comfortable. I wish her well and best wishes with her move.
