I did most of my paperwork online but I didn’t complete it and when I got to the storage unit they helped me with everything I had to complete. They also welcomed me to the family and it was just an amazing experience.

Having my 10 x 10 given mistakenly to someone else, management gave be a 10 x 15 at the same price. Having the larger unit I used the extra space. Having the storage unit made my move from western Lancaster to eastern Lancaster easier.

When we were looking the sales agent was very accommodating and helpful, very kind... Facility was very clean...

They were extremely professional and reactive on my online and phone requests within 24h 👌. The stage unit’s looks brand new the access for trucks (F450) is wild compared to other storage unit facilities I used before. The manager and her staff are friendly and helpful 🤩. Again thank you so much 🙏.

This place is the real deal. Shannon is nit only professional but a personable and just a pleasure to call my friend. Like extended family. Always honest, reasonable , and can give customers the best bang for the buck. Premises are whelk kept. Clean and secure. Always a pleasure to do business with. 10 plus stars. Tell them I referred you. They will treat you like family.

My experience was only made to be so great because of Shannon! She’s always happy and ready to help! My father and I just got our 3rd unit at the same location because of her!
