Your Customer Service was extremely/very poor during the install process. Nobody returned phone calls, nor replied to emails. Extremely frustrating trying to get Solar Energy World to answer our questions and make appointments. The only person who ever responded back to us was the salesman who sold us the panels. Your back-office team needs to be re-trained to reply to customer concerns in a timely manner and to provide correct information. They gave us incorrect information throughout the install.

Brent is amazing. His friendliness and professionalism put was impressive and his extensive knowledge about the product and options put me at ease. I look forward to working with Brent.
