He was a very nice guy , but I was told over the phone that at the on site visit the rep would be able to tell me if my equipment would be compatible with your setup . I said I would be willing to sign a contract if all was good .. the rep insisted I had to sign the contract first before it could be evaluated .I said , I need to know the answer as the financing price was contingent on a credit for the Enphase box already installedHe offered a $500 refundable deposit option and I agreed . But then he still insisted on the execution of the contract . …. So I’d be committed to the deal even if the Enphase box was not acceptable ( it’s brand new never been used ) . If ruled out I’d be committed to a higher payment as the credit would be excludedI wasted several hours since I was promised that evaluation on site .If you send someone to check out the box for 5 min and it’s acceptable , I’m happy to sign the contractI’m holding off on this eval pending your responsePlease dispatch

Everything works just like I was told it would.

Even though we are not getting solar panels at this time we will go with this company for them in the future. Very happy with how knowledgeable our consultant is.

System and financing worked because I did my homework if I wasn’t able to get a escalator free lease wouldn’t have bothered due to panels eventually losing efficiency and needing to plan more panels than needed for future needs up front.
