Damien was our sales person. He was outstanding. He worked through all the issues and concerns that we had and made every effort to make us happy so we could close a deal.

Joshua went into great detail in each item of his presentation so my wife and I fully understood. Four months has past since our solar was installed. Joshua was a good salesman but support after the sale was extremely poor. He failed to respond to questions via text that I asked. I feel that "He made the sale now now don't bug me". He was suppose to get back to me to explain the solar app and what to expect with our system. He never did .

I did not get a written quote sent to my email address. Perhaps it went to wrong address.
