I am pleased with the performance of the solar panel system thus far. I am not able to communicate with my sale rep Mr. Scott... he does not return my calls.. He mentioned something regarding tax of 6k credit.. and that I am not able. I recently had a problem with the panels wifi was disconnected ..I could not call Scott for guidance. So I called the techs and they were able to help me. So disappointing with the sale rep. Other than that , I will see what the tax people say regarding the credit.

Cost is high compared to other quotes.

The sales person was very nice and courteous. I questioned the person that called me to schedule the interview. Did not answer the questions I asked accurately. If they had I never would have scheduled the appointment. It was a waste of my time and Bill's

I think after living with the system for about 6 or 7 months. I think I am one panel short of a complete functioning system. I still have a small electric bill higher than expected.

The solar panels are doing what they are expected to do.

The system has been working great and the minor issues that it had it was resolved quickly.

Travis was able to answer all my initial questions and was courteous and friendly

Question I had about the R and R of panels if a roof replacement is done was not answered honestly. Was told it would be free, but when I called corporate in Maryland, they said owner pays for the R and R.
