Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciated the time and information provided. However, I found it a bit difficult to establish a comfortable flow in the conversation. At times, it felt like we were both talking over each other or not fully aligned, which made it challenging to find clear grounds in the discussion. I’m also having some second thoughts, mainly because moving forward would mean being in a working relationship with the project manager for about four months. I want to be sure communication feels smooth and aligned before committing to a long‑term process.

I am pleased with the performance of the solar panel system thus far. I am not able to communicate with my sale rep Mr. Scott... he does not return my calls.. He mentioned something regarding tax of 6k credit.. and that I am not able. I recently had a problem with the panels wifi was disconnected ..I could not call Scott for guidance. So I called the techs and they were able to help me. So disappointing with the sale rep. Other than that , I will see what the tax people say regarding the credit.
