The critterguard that was installed (required for warranty coverage of wiring) was so poorly installed, even after I called for it to be fixed, that I would recommend people avoid installing it. The installation was so badly done, that animals can still get under it, and it catches leaves, tree debris, and anything that slides over the panels. I could have done a better job myself if I had been given the materials. SEW should be embarrassed by the way this was installed, especially since you can see it from the street and people are asking me why I have so many leaves stuck under and around my panels.

Daren was courteous knowledgeable and efficient telling me everything I needed and what I could expect. He knows I will seek for two more quotes then make a decision. I thank Daren for his help.

The response time for communications is absolutely horrible. The timeframe for having maintinance & service on my system — for which I paid (even more for the highest level warranties) — is unacceptable. I reported a problem that started on April 4th. After almost 2 months (all without anyone picking up the phone, returning phone calls, or responding to emails for at least a week or longer each time), Solar Energy World said I need to wait until June 17th for a technician to come to my home. That is absolutely unacceptable. In the time I’ e waited, additional problems have occurred, including breakers being tripped for reasons unknown — causing almost half my microinverters to stop reporting along with the original issue of a microinverter on another roof / array, which hasn’t reported since April 4th.
