Darren is has been good to work with. I have given him plenty of leads and this is the second system I have purchased from SEW. I was disappointed with the price on the Tesla battery, it was a couple thousand more than direct from Tesla

I have talked to many companies representatives , he is the best. Have a lot of information, all the credits , and the realistic timeline to expect. So my trust levels increased. He is a keeper.

Alex was too focused on sales gimmicks and I just wanted straightforward information. He kept trying to force me to choose between PPA and owning while I was simply trying to understand the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed choice. He couldn’t present the costs in a coherent and digestible manner, and despite saying that the company has done over 27k installations, he couldn’t provide an illustrative example of a client with a similar energy profile as mine. What is the point of me sending my electric bill in advance if you’re not going to use it to tailor the conversation to my needs? I really just want to learn about my options and make an educated decision and I don’t feel like the 2 hour call I had with Alex helped me move forward on that at all. He seems like a really nice guy, but I am a business person who values honesty and being straightforward. Just educate me and let the product and service sell itself. The repeated gimmicks of trying to get me to guess what the bge rate increases were and trying to pin me down on making very expensive decisions with very limited information - those tactics don’t engender trust. The only thing I was sure about after the call is that he was trying to sell me a PPA and schedule me for a site visit without even telling me what it would cost me and what a consumer like me should expect to save. Beyond that, I’m afraid I didn’t walk away with much more knowledge than what I arrived with. I’ll be searching for another company that can provide relevant information, work with me on understanding my options and select the one that makes the most sense for me.

All I was interested in was what the credit score had to be once I knew what the credit score was the meeting was over so he did great on his part. The point is I just do not have the credit score that you all need.
