I think it’s expensive

The initial sales experience with Morgan was great, the pricing was competitive, and the performance and experience with battery + solar system is terrific. The master electrician I spoke to before the installation was also incredibly helpful at answering my questions to help us decide how to proceed with our system. The installation itself was successful, but the installation crew was smoking at our home which was ok but not awesome. We've also had a hard time fully completing the electrical install; several items were left outstanding after the initial installation, and it took us 6 emails to arrange time for the electrician to come back to our house to complete the install. He showed up on the wrong day/time without confirming in advance with us, and a couple items still remain outstanding despite 8 attempts at outreach to you all to address it. So overall - terrific initial sales experience and final product which we are very happy with, but somewhat challenging install experience.

Anthony was very personable, helpful and transparent with the information- we appreciate his help with getting us started with solar.

I thought Mr Howard was very knowledgeable about the subject and explained a lot about it. I felt like I could trust him because he answered whatever I asked He told me if I wasn’t sure about anything he would be glad to help me get a better understanding of everything. Especially about the money…

My solar panels have not been installed long enough for me to make a decision.

We didn’t feel pressured, but were made aware of upcoming differences starting at the beginning of next year. I really liked all the panels could go on the back of the house. Having the option of using your roofer is nice! Would absolutely recommend Rob !

I really appreciated the clarity of our discussion. I was able to discuss my high interest but also my limitations. I’m getting very excited that this is becoming a reality.
