I understand why BG&E rates are increasing.

Today 06/24/202/2025 I had appointment with Jairo(Solar Energy world). I can tell this representative was nice ; polite he explain everything to me. The Company has to be proud of Representative like Jairo by encouraging them and promote them. Hafida E. Rodriguez.

I have not gotten the quote by email yet. Still waiting on that.

Will was punctual, knowledgable and patient to answer any question I had.

The installation process was very good and went as expected for me. But Since the installation and activation last November, i am disappointed at the PERFORMANCE and responsiveness of SEW.Recently raised the issue of what i see as Poor performance of the PV system, compared to the installed capacity. Left voice mail with my sales contact and also sent messages/tickets thru the SEW app to the project coordinator, post install ops team.I have not seen any responses from anyone at SEW.

One section is not performing at peak rate due to angle of roof. Would have been good to know that at time of design and prior to installing. But happy with install and process. Minor damage to fence and siding was addressed and fixed but took a while.

Everything went very well. I have made the decision "not" to do solar. I did my homework since my meeting with Jake and upon weighing everything I have decided that I will not have solar. Thank you for your excellent customer service however. I will recommend your company to other friends also.
