My appointment was a bit late, but otherwise quite satisfactory to be clear! He was direct and followed up as promised with the two quotes he offered.However, he was unaware of my properties height, wouldn’t fly a drone to inspect my roof with any paperwork signed by me (I had stated to the phone representative that I wouldn’t be signing anything that day at all.He was generally pleasant, and left promptly!I do have his/your card, and will call you after I’ve met with several other companies as needed.Thank you,Mark
