The representative was very impressive with his knowledge and answered every question. Additionally, the representative was very articulate and knew how to explain everything so I could understand. I was very impressed.

I've had a bad panel since install in March and it still isn't working. Time between when a service request is initiated to when a call is made is way too long, and I've had two requests that where the service tech never checked if the system was working before they left. Both times the microinverter was not working when the service tech left.

Very heipful. I'm seriously considering the offer.
