This isn't anything to do with your sales rep, but I do wish your quote had more details, like the possible financing, the timeline for installation, info on SREC process, etc. And I'd also like to be able to see the contact and terms you offer.

He was super available for follow up questions. Got back to us right away even on the weekend.

We had a period when production stalled or stopped for no clear reason. It was cleared up remotely, somehow, with no clear reason. During an outage period our sales rep scheduled a service call. It was cancelled, we thought, once the issue was resolved, but a technician showed up anyway, told us things were working, and tried to charge us $149 for the call. We're working it out, but it's a hassle.
