I am upset because our credit rating is to low to get solar.

Once I verified the representative was with Solar Energy World - all was fine. Business cards or employee ID cards and better confirmation of appointments would have been nice. I didn’t know a call from Comcast would be the sales rep confirming the appointment. I needed extra verification prior to starting the appointment. My family and I looking forward to having solar panels.
