The first 2 inverters installed were defective. It took 3 months before the 3rd inverter was installed. The Tesla brand is no longer a trusted brand for me. Since then, my system went off-line on 3 separate days with no explanation why. The system should work properly every day for the life-time of the equipment without service interruptions.

Electric bill is much lower. Our panel install looks so much better than others I have seen.

About one month after I had the solar panels installed at 513 Twinbrook lane a tree fell on one of the panels and damaged it. I have notified them over a dozen times and am still waiting for that panel to be replaced. The customer service from the sales man was good but the follow thru on the operations side leaves much to be desired. I am still waiting for a response concerning the replacement.

I like it and hope to save money.
