Last fall the part that transferred power onto the grid broke and I was not able to access our panels for at least a month. The service technician damaged our floor near the service panel. The same part is broken again about 6 months later. It stopped working May 27 and a service tech will not come till August 11. Our system is dead till them. I could not use the panels directly.

There should be flexibility of paying the loan

I wish I was offered more efficient solar panel with higher kw/h rating. I didn’t have the option and it was not brought up. Likely would use another company that gave me options on which panels to select

The system installed by solar energy world works just as they promised.

Overall satisfaction with the system. Was lied to about NON-REFUNDABLE tax credit. Very deceitful. $20k+ is not an amount to take lightly

It gave me a new outlook on solar that I had looked at in the past and has me thi king this is the way to go

I'm concerned that the system you recommended might not supply all of my electricity needs for the year. I turned on two, new ACs the other day (it was a bright and sunny day and in the past, on the hottest days, I usually had 3 on, and two were older, one was new) and almost used all of the energy generated that day. I'm hoping that if the recommended system fails to produce as much electricity as needed, you'll swap some of the solar panels for more powerful ones for a prorated exchange rate.

The only complaint I have is quote was not in line item detail. I will request one today
