I was completely confused. My credit was pulled!!! I’m not sure if I got a soft pull because on my credit report it says a hard Pull??? I wasn’t clearly satisfied with the explanation of Solar and what was the benefits. I was called combative when I merely wanted to ask questions about the procedures and wondering if this was something that was gonna benefit me..I was told my energy bill will go down, but it wasn’t guarantee. I didn’t get any numbers to support the findings of why I should get Solar Energy at all.., it took up my time and I got nothing for it…bad experience.
