Expected results

While I am NOT pleased about the bait and switch, the sales representative was honest about it. He said a third party handles marketing, and they are the ones who implemented the bait, and that leaves the sales staff with handling the switch. I told him I feel like there is significant wasted time on behalf of the sales staff as a result. I inquired about the FREE solar in my zip code area, yet there is NO free solar, period. My perspective is I would be adding a bill because I will still have to pay something to the electric company while also paying the solar company for the panels. Also, it does NOT reflect well on the company when bait and switch tactics are being employed. It’s dishonest, manipulative, and fraudulent.

Factual and convincing

Daren was exceptionable. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and all around a pleasant person.

Amazing experience. My Install crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done, cleanly, neatly, and perfectly the first time.

The sales rep could not just give facts. I warned him 5-6 times to stop the BS and just talk about the product. By the end of the 45 minute call when FINALLY started to talk about the product, I tuned him out.I am interested in talking to someone who is more professional and to the point.
