Rep seemed. honest and forthcoming.

Paul is incredible. He was so knowledgeable and personable and just an overall amazing. We really appreciated his time. Thank you so much, Paul! We’re looking forward to working with you more!

The sales pitch didn't give us any of the facts and details that really mattered to us. He used ridiculous numbers for the projected energy rates and made false claims as to which figures would fall off our energy bill. This decreased credibility. Ultimately, we missed out on identifying and answering the actual substantive questions we had about the process, location of panels, efficiency of panels based on location versus cost, and options for design due to so much time spent on appeals to authority and personal appeals- both factors which do not factor into our analysis. While this sales pitch may appeal to some, being more responsive to the individual's responses to these tactics may assist in better identifying the needs of potential customers.

The program to sign up for Solar was a bit confusing for my husband and me, but Jacques was so patient and kept working with us until everything was complete!

The representative was excellent; however, there were tech glitches such as him having the wrong street address attached to my account, his computer running very slowly, etc

Paul seems like he knows the business. He spent most of our conversation telling me how difficult it would be to get approvals and the he expected Pepco to reject the installation. If he was trying to dissuade me...he did an excellent job.

John was very professional and efficient in his presentation
