All the panels produce same amount of electricity, they work fairly decently even on a cloudy day. However, the service desk is bad, we still get charged by PEPCO, the wholes made by the compare not fixed even after six months. No one at help desk responds.

I am not seeing any benefits.My electric bills keep coming. I was told a check would come in the mail for my contribution to the BGE grid. I have received no checks. I feel scammed.

The installation process took too long and the inspection required too many visits to secure approval of install. The technicians did not come when they scheduled and just showed up expecting to be accommodated .
