Low/no pressure, knowledgeable and professional.

I’m not satisfied with the first brush design proposal that I’m not sure optimizes our roof space. Sales rep Paul did say next step is signed contract so they can do more thorough site visit and final design. He did add language that we can cancel anytime and get full refund. He did not mention upon signing there is additional $7500 deposit. We are thinking carefully about signing even with the “out” clause.

John was professional, personable and knowledgeable. We actually enjoyed being educated about solar, John was really great.

Unfortunately I have a tree that will not allow me to have solar panels for now unless I cut it down. The sales person was extremely clear and very helpful and kind. If I change my mind in the future I will reach out. Thanks
