Our salesman dropped off after we bought our panels and has not been very helpful. We haven’t had them a full year so still seeing how they are doing

My System has 2 Tesla inverts. The first inverter failed within a few months of installation and was replaced under warranty. It took them several months to get it replaced. The second inverter is now showing a fault. I contacted Solar Energy World. They confirmed that the system does need to have service but the installation service warranty has expired. Very unhappy with this company.

Eric was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I especially appreciated how responsive he was and how willing he was to explain the details so I could feel comfortable with my decision. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Most glaring: The price per kW wasn't given. I was only given the monthly cost of $54. After the appointment, I multiplied that amount by 12 divided by annual production of 3,400 and came up with ~19 cents. This represents 5.5cents savings per kW or 23.5% over my current rate of 24.5 cents...this would be not bad, except you can only cover 33% of my annual usage. This coupled with the 2.9% escalator makes it a poor deal based on my research, especially when there are panels available that would produce more per panel at a significantly lower cost perkW.It is misleading to tell me my cost avoidance is $68/month. You aren't outright lying, but it is deceptive regardless. My savings per month is ~$14 since I have to pay $54 of the $68 "cost avoidance" to the lease holder. Also not happy about the $1,000 Valentines rebate if I can make a decision by "this evening" = in a few hours...mentioning the fact that there is a 72hr right to cancel in the same breath doesn't make it any betterBased on this I would actually reduce my overall rating to 2 stars.

My bill is worse (higher) than it was before solar. Solar installation is a big mistake. So ashamed to tell anyone that I am using solar. Even the $60 I was to receive monthly; I never got a dime. How I am going to $214 every month for 25yrs is man inhumanity to man. The marketing agent lied to me. Why take advantage of my naivety? Because I am a woman? And he asked me not to involve my cousin, the co-owner of the house. That's dubious. I am working on getting a lawyer because I can't deal with this for a long time.
