The panels have worked better than expected. I’m generating about a 10% return on investment. Between BGE rebate , SRECs, and electricity savings. Didn’t buy the battery.

BGE has yet to adjust my monthly Easy Payment Plan. My monthly bill was $577 before installation and it is still $577.

The saleswoman texted me and said she’d send a quote soon but never sent it. I followed up with her and she apologized and said she’d send it but I still haven’t received anything.

Taneeka was very knowledgeable and a great listener.

I would like to say my experience was excellent. The understanding the breaking down. The model that Robert created how Robert knew what he was talking about, how he break down the cost. I mean Robert would actually be great friend in a lot of different markets to stand by you and break everything down so you can understand what you are getting yourself into. I appreciate Ribert understanding what I had to go through on a day that we were supposed to have our appointment. And Robert was like, take care of your family first and we could talk later, Robert checked on me and my son. I just greatly appreciate. Robert is a great person to talk to you.
