I can’t get help. I’ve emailed solar energy world and sol systems, but get no response. I’ve received only one payment, even though I’m sure that I signed up for automatic reporting and payments. However, each month for the past two months, I’ve been asked to manually submit a meter reading. I cannot submit a meter reading because I cannot find a meter. I really hate this system and the apps which tell me nothing useful and don’t give me real help to use this system.

Cory was great. Explained everything in detail, had a great slide deck, tolerated and answered all my silly questions, didn’t pressure me with a hard sell, and didn’t talk down to me. Seemed like a good guy to me.

Difficult to know how the panels actually offset electrical bill, which has actually gone up materially since the solar system went live.
