What in the actual f**k are these questions? You supposedly care about my experience and these are the questions you ask? My experience has been terrible, made all the worse by the fact that NO ONE AT SOLAR ENERGY WORLD SEEMS TO CARE. AT ALL.

So far everything works perfectly and I am very happy with my solar panels and battery system.

SM is an excellent sales representative & a very nice person

Outright purchase option is too high compared to other firms. Your firm tries to push consumers to the lease option, which is financially problematic.

Expected results

While I am NOT pleased about the bait and switch, the sales representative was honest about it. He said a third party handles marketing, and they are the ones who implemented the bait, and that leaves the sales staff with handling the switch. I told him I feel like there is significant wasted time on behalf of the sales staff as a result. I inquired about the FREE solar in my zip code area, yet there is NO free solar, period. My perspective is I would be adding a bill because I will still have to pay something to the electric company while also paying the solar company for the panels. Also, it does NOT reflect well on the company when bait and switch tactics are being employed. It’s dishonest, manipulative, and fraudulent.

Daren was exceptionable. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and all around a pleasant person.

Amazing experience. My Install crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done, cleanly, neatly, and perfectly the first time.
