Andy did a fantastic job with everything. I felt that he was knowledgable, honest, and forthcoming in response to all my questions, which really put me at ease. Because of the experience of our first encounter, I'm looking forward to working with him, and by extension, the rest of the team on this project.

I was disappointed that some of the paperwork to file the property tax incentive was delayed over 6 months, especially considering this is something that is on a waitlist.

Robert was awesome about explaining every aspect of the solar system and very friendly.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us pros and cons on several options and made sure we understood the pros and cons of buying vs renting based on the length of time we plan to remain on the house. He was very professional and personable. One minor recommendation would be to perhaps break down some of the terms more for folks unfamiliar with solar energy and panel systems. But all in all really outstanding!

The score was not higher since the expected savings have not materialized. One reason may be in late September I was able to use the system where the maximum savings are at their lowest point. You need to send this survey to me again after one year of use. I also believe you need to do a better job of managing a prospective user's expectations.
