Does not deliver promised electricity. Savings are less than projected

Solar went offline. Had to wait months and months for you all to take care of it. Then I had to pay to have it done. Every time I wanted a question answered nobody could answer it or didn't want to person who referred me as of today still has not received their money which is sad because it's been a year

Not pulling enough sun to cover my electric bill.?

Communication was stellar up to the point of sale. After that, we had to stay on top of the process and reach out to the company repeatedly. Our panels and storage are working fine now, but we still have a big hole in our drywall that they were supposed to come patch up but never did.

Everything went well with the install and Solar Energy took care of all the rebate and grant paperwork.
