The score was not higher since the expected savings have not materialized. One reason may be in late September I was able to use the system where the maximum savings are at their lowest point. You need to send this survey to me again after one year of use. I also believe you need to do a better job of managing a prospective user's expectations.

The online portion showing the quote I built with the “Switch Together Arlington” website was poor. It did a great job linking me to you all but it does not save my initial planning quote. I think you guys can’t see that from your side so you assume we are able to access the initial quote, and we cannot. Might want to close that loop, I know it frustrated me.

I am looking for information on the process if I would need to replace my roof in the future. What would I need to do. I had inquired about it but have still received no information over a week later. A little disappointed with the customer service response
