The information was informative, however I wanted to do some more exploring before making a decision. Also pepco is coming in to check the meter's to evaluate the reason for bill elevation.

The program options that were explained to me were very thorough and I was very satisfied with the information provided in the meeting. John did a great job!

Chris was very good at explaining to this old guy exactly how solar functions and the different possibilities for financing in layman terms. He was quite good at walking me through the whole process, and I felt very comfortable that the company would assist me through the total process.

Brad Henderson was my sales rep last year and provided zero help with the Maryland MSAP rebate programs. I was qualified but due to not understanding or properly getting approval for our solar project via Solar energy world, our MSAP request was denied by the state. We spent approximately 60k with solar energy world but got zero solar rebate from MSAP. We should have got 13k back or more. This year Brad said similar stuff as last year, where he is unaware of any MSAP programs. The solar energy world sales should be fully informed on these programs and be as helpful as possible and should have submitted on our behalf or fully explain the process. Please re-assign me to another informed sales rep for our 2nd solar installation that we are interested in.
