Battery and one microinverter has had a fault for over a week now without a response.

The installation process took too long and the inspection required too many visits to secure approval of install. The technicians did not come when they scheduled and just showed up expecting to be accommodated .

The representative, Alex, was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all my questions.

Tamika Staples was professional, able to address questions, flexible and organized in her presentation.

Not completed yet. Corey was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. I need to consult my financial/tech person.

He left no stone unturned, he was absolutely transparent! We went over the technical information from positioning to angles/grade and financial costs with options.
