I would caution for now (and I'll certainly eat my words if I'm wrong), but one of the discussion points being electricity rate increases being closer to 25%+ mathematically isn't sustainable for the life of the panels. It's a great number that cuts ROI in half, but likely isn't telling the full story beyond the next few years.A follow-on email with documented quotes (if possible) would be fantastic as that makes things more concrete.All in all, Paul is fantastic. Rapport was great, he definitely is passionate about getting families into solar, and the overall argument is quite sound.

Other than my initial interaction with the marketing representative, Christopher Gopalan, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer service.During the solar panel installation, the installers damaged my deck while using a ladder to access the roof. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company eventually involved a third-party contractor, Homestead, to assess the damage. However, after the assessment, Solar Energy World stated that the damage was not caused by their team and declined responsibility.Overall, I am very disappointed with how this issue was handled and with the lack of accountability and customer support throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective customers to carefully consider the quality of post-installation support before choosing this company.
