Need to speak with lender

Our rep was so incredibly flexible and understanding about our busy schedule and made time outside of his normal hours to speak with us. His presentation was very well-organized, answered all questions I would have had, he was professional, and most importantly, he was kind. He also sent me a text 5 minutes into the meeting which I really appreciated.
