Overall, we are very pleased. A few things that could have been better were the post installation service. For example, it took over two months and outreach on our part to be connected to wri SREC broker and to set up the gateway.

We discuss installation process. I think it’s at no cost. We discussed monthly rate and the reduction in my bill. It would have been better if there was a power point or word document with information we discussed. I tried taking notes. However, I think he’s following up with some information that we discussed. I felt comfortable and he knows his job. He addressed my concerns about panels in the shaded area. It’s a lot to digest without paper work to follow along. He was my second appointment and his presentation was better than my first appointment. He made no promises concerning money. He kept it real.
