I do not regret having the panels installed. I’m a more concerned about the service team for repairs and adjustments. I would strongly recommend providing professional development for the team- especially those in the ack office directly involved with customer service. I simply was unable to get the proper support or assistance on a faulty installation issue. It took a visit from the installation team who was at my neighbor’s house to fix it. Please take customer service seriously!!!

Overall great, but I wish my north-facing panels were better angled to capture light.

Grygier, Andrew is excellent.

Learned a lot about the process of buying., selling and production of electricity

Daniel is an excellent resource. If we proceed with projects using Solar Energy World we will want him as our project manager.

Very please with our meeting Daren was professional and respectful .Thank you!

Amazing experience. Really appreciated Taneek' professionalism and knowledge. She listened to our goals and helped provide a clear picture of all our options

I still need to read sales Rep Zach Kalb’s confirmation that quoted and agreed to cost for the install of the 10 additional panels already included all charges for SEW’s access to the exterior roof including scissors lift or similar.

No

Paul is a great sales person and very knowledgeable about solar panels, batteries, utility electrical rates, as well as the different utilities in the surrounding states. I will be recommending him to any of my friends that are considering solar for their home.
