Haven’t heard back although we wanted to move forward

Knowledgeable in his presentation, patience to answer my questions , I purchased a whole house battery back up system and referred him to my neighbor and they purchased one also. My neighbor and myself both had solar installed by your company earlier .

The panels have only been on 5 months and already a sensor is failing. And I'm still waiting for repair service after 3 days. I contact Solar Energy and didn't tell me to contact my leasing agent first. Wasted a day getting to the right entity. My system's been off line since Aug 31, today is Sept 10. Big communication problem.

Communication with this company is awful. One out of every 10 emails MIGHT be answered. Service appointments take months. They did my roof 10 months ago and still haven’t come back to fix some mistakes. The panels work- though they have less power than they were supposed to due to supply issues. I would choose another company if I did this again.

The gentleman who came buy was very nice , even though after thinking about my trees that are in the way for what I want to do , he still stayed and talked to me about other options such as removing a tree OR the field for a ground mount... Not pushy , not pushing the hard sale on me , I will be using him if and when I do this...

He was here 3 1/2,hours. Talked way too much about his kids and family. I really didn’t care about his kids football career. Did not really have enough details, said someone else would provide them. Promised to get back with more details.
